Two officials from Tiens International Company have been released on a bond of KSh30,000 each for assaulting three youths in Kisii town.
The two, Joseph Mbithi Musya and Stephen Ndolo with others not before the court assaulted three youths according to the charge sheet.
The victims have been identified as Dominic Mokua, Cristabel Nyanchama and Dennis Nyangechi. They allegedly sustained grievous harm contrary to section 251 of Penal Code.
The accused persons were arraigned at Kisii Law Court before Senior Resident Magistrate Symphy Makila. They pleaded not guilty and released on KSh30,000 bond with an alternative cash bail of KSh10,000 each.
Hearing of the case has been slated for May 29, 2019. The trio is said to have been assaulted when they visited Tiens International Company premises in Kisii town to make a follow-up on their proceeds.
